History of ADVECS Real Estate Corporation

September 6, 1993 – the day ADVECS Real Estate Corporation was founded. On this day on the registration certificate # AOL 5833 chairman of the Committee on External Economic Relations of Municipality of Saint-Petersburg V. V. Putin has put his signature.

In 1994 ADVECS created its first subsidiary company in Voronezh and also became one of the founders of Saint Petersburg Association of Realtors (ARSP). Today ADVECS Real Estate Corporation plays a leading role in this professional association, and all the 12 companies within the corporation are ARSP’s full members.

1995 – ADVECS was the first Russian Real Estate company to become member of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Membership gives the company access to the most detailed information about the Real Estate market in any country. In turn, this provides the company's clients with reliable information and advice on Real Estate anywhere in the world. Of course, all said above became possible thanks to the latest computer technologies being used in the company. First of all because of the benefits offered by Internet.

1996 – ADVECS is the acronym of «ADVanced Estate Computers System». Understanding the importance of such technologies for the successful development of Real Estate business, ADVECS has initiated the creation of professional database of Real Estate – multiple listing system (Corporate Realty Information System - CRIS). Today its subscribers are 240 Real Estate agencies from St. Petersburg, and the Agent’s Terminal is the primary tool for professional realtor to work with information. In the same year the second subsidiary company ADVECS-T was founded in the city of Tyumen.

1997 – ADVECS began working in Nizhniy Novgorod, and also won the Public Prize in the field of urban Real Estate KAISSA and was voted “The Best Agency in St. Petersburg”.

In 1998, the winner of this award was Alexander Romanenko (CEO of ADVECS at that time). He was awarded the diploma of the first degree “For personal contribution to the development of the Real Estate market of St. Petersburg”. In the same year ADVECS Real Estate Corp. established a school for preparing RE agents. So far the school produced more than 1,900 professionals.

2000 – On the Professional Recognition Awards held by the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) ADVECS was voted “Best broker Company” in Russian Real Estate market.

2002 – ADVECS Real Estate Corp. won the international competition held by Central European Real Estate Associations Network “BEST CEREAN”. Also, on the basis of competition held by the newspaper "Arguments and Facts" ADVECS was recognized as “The Most Open Company of the Year” and was awarded the diploma of the first degree “Recognition of the press” for the active long-term work of promoting civilized practices on Real Estate market.

2003 – ADVECS once again won the Public Prize in the field of urban Real Estate KAISSA in 2 nominations: “For the Most Dynamic Development” (ADVECS-Saint Petersburg) and “For Contributions to the Development of the Secondary Real Estate Market” (ADVECS Centre).

2004 – on the Professional Recognition Awards held by the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) ADVECS was voted “Best Brokerage Company in the Market of Housing Programs and Mortgage Transactions” in Russia.

2005 – ADVECS’s subsidiary company ADVECS-T was recognized as “The Best Regional Brokerage Company in the Market of Housing Sales” on the Professional Recognition Awards – 2005, that was held during the VIII National Congress on Real Estate. ADVECS Housing Loans Center became a nominee for “"The Best Brokerage Company in the Market of Mortgage Transactions in 2005” and ADVECS ROSSTRO Central Agency became nominee for “"The Best Brokerage Company in the Market of Housing Sales in Moscow and St. Petersburg in 2005”.

2006 – On the Professional Recognition Awards held by the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) ADVECS was recognized "The Best Brokerage Company in the Mortgage Market Transactions in Russia". It was also named “The Best Real Estate Company in the Rental Market of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region” by the Public Prize in the field of urban Real Estate KAISSA. In the same year, ADVECS Real Estate Corporation President Alexander Y. Romanenko, was elected as the President of the Russian Guild of Realtors.

2007 – Public Contest “KAISSA” became interregional, and ADVECS once again was recognized as “The Best Real Estate Company on the Market of St. Petersburg”. In the same year Alexander Y. Romanenko was elected as Deputy World President for Europe of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

2008 – ADVECS won the All-Russian Real Estate competition "Professional Recognition" in two nominations: “Best Brokerage Company in the Housing Sales Market” and “Best Brokerage Company in the Rent Market”.

2009 – ADVECS won the Interregional Public Prize “KAISSA” in the nomination “The Best Company in the Market of Foreign Real Estate in Russia”, and was also named “The Best Real Estate Company in St. Petersburg” on the basis of public competition in the Residential Real Estate “Consumer confidence - 2009”.

2010 – ADVECS won the All-Russian competition "Professional Recognition" in the category “The Best Company in the Market of Foreign Real Estate in Russia”. Alexander Romanenko was elected as International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) World President 2011-2012.
